Appellate

In his role as the Senior Assistant City Attorney with the City of Houston Legal Department, Mr. Levin drafted and/or supervised the drafting of numerous appellate briefs and appeared for oral argument in approximately six (6) cases. He enjoys the appellate practice and has mediated a significant number of appellate matters.
