Mr. Levin was a founder and “control” shareholder of a national bank. He served as the bank’s only Chairman of the Board until the bank was purchased by a larger bank after 11 ½ years. The bank, in addition to typical consumer loans, specialized in commercial loans with particular emphasis on government backed SBA loans.
